Q. Why are you offering this workshop? Don't you make enough money from Property?

A. Yes - we make more money from my property ventures than from running the workshop. we’ve built a portfolio the hard way, we’ve spent money, lost money, and now we choose to pass that knowledge on for a price.

Our goal is to set up a like-minded community - we feel that the value of any community is greater than the sum of it's parts and the value of the PM delegate community WILL be immense e.g. some of the larger and lucrative deals in say commercial property would be very difficult to exploit but with a group it’s much easier..We encourage PM delegates to meet together, and talk.  


Q. Do you offer property to your delegates?

A. Absolutely not, one thing you won't get from us is an "Investment Property"

The objective of the workshop is to give you all the tools you need to do it yourself. Every one that attends one of our workshops will be in a position to become a property investor.

A lot of "seminar" companies (talkshops, not workshops) will try and pass onto you off-plan properties after the workshop, where they have managed to negotiate a "deal" from a builder… and the most surprising part is that they want you to pay for it.

Well, lets just analyse that for a minute… they ask you to pay to learn how to be a creative property investor, and then charge you for finding property.. So in essence, they sell you a fishing rod, and then ask you to buy the fish. Doesn't make sense does it?

Even more worrying is the type of property that they are offering. More often than not they buy "in bulk" and the properties are released "in bulk" and guess what happens to the rentals values when there are lots of properties released at the same time in the same area.

 


Q. What can go wrong? Can I get into a lot of debt?

A. Yes, you can get into a lot of "debt". Using our techniques you can buy a lot of property - But it's all "good debt" (as opposed to Bad Debt). NOTE We DO NOT advocate using credit cards or taking out bank loans to buy property (incredibly some workshop actually do!)


Q. How do you get the cash flow from the properties?

A. The way we approach properties is very different to most other investors, how we are able to obtain huge passive income from property is one of the secrets of the workshop.


Q. Will this system work in all parts of the country?

A. Yes! The system works in all parts of the country. Does that mean you can buy property in absolutely every part of the country… providing the systems say so, you can. Part of the Property Mentor System is working out if its worth buying property in a particular location (Using the "research" part of the system). If not then don't buy!

The Property Mentor system provides you with a "fishing rod" - you choose which "pond" you want to fish in.


Q. Does this work for residential or commercial property or both?

A. The workshop focuses on residential property. Commercial property is ONE of the options you may choose as stage two of your investment career. As we started Property Mentor in July 2003 it should be no surprise that several Property Mentor delegates are moving into commercial property as well.
