Q. How do you know you can stand a 10% interest rate?

A. This is easy… by doing the math. We provide you with exclusive software that will help you to work this out. You'll be able to calculate how much money you'd make at a given interest rate. It's into this equation that you can put an interest rate of 10% and see whether you still make money.


Q. What's the advantage of buying land?

A. In the UK, land is a precious commodity as there is limited supply. So buying land puts you at a huge advantage, long term. However, there is usually very little cash flow from land alone - so I don't recommend buying purely land itself this early on in your investing careers.


Q. Do you offer a guarantee?

A. We know the Property Mentor system works. It's been proven over and over again by our delegates. If you have the desire and the determination to make it work for YOU then there’s noting stopping you.


Q. What happens if the property market goes into recession?

A. What happens when there is a sale at a Supermarket? Does everyone stop buying? In the property market - when prices start falling most people start selling - With our strategy this "could" be the best possible time to buy property.


Q. Can you provide us with a Mortgage Broker, Conveyancer, Surveyor etc?

A. Yes. On the workshop you get the details of our broker, and Solicitor / Conveyancer. In fact you leave the workshop with their cards and are free to contact them directly.


Q. Do we have to use your team?

A. No. You don't have to use our team, you can go and build your own team. However we have spent a long time finding the right team so you could benefit from our experience if you choose to use them.

Q. Do you cover borrowing overseas?

A. No. On the workshop we focus purely on the UK market. Most of the techniques that we use are UK techniques and may or may not work in other countries.


Q. Are you using a limited company or offshore structure to purchase properties?

A. Well now... that would be telling: Come on the workshop and find out!

Q. How do banks lend money for investment property?

A. When lending for investment property, lenders usually look at the rental income that can be generated from the property, not your income. Let's say that a property commands a rental income of £1300.00 per month, then the lender would be happy to lend a mortgage (usually up to 85% of value) providing that the rental income is 1.3 times the mortgage payments (so that would be £1,000 in this example).


Q. Do you advise buying via agents, privately or from builders?

A. Any! Different techniques work better with different groups of people. We show how to decide which is the better technique for your investment options.


Q. Does your workshop talk about Mortgage Notes? - What are they?

A. Yes we do talk about mortgage notes and explain what they are. Come on the workshop and find out!


Q. Will you tell us how to find deals?

A. Yes - The Property Mentor System covers everything that you need to do everyday as a property investor - from finding property to letting it out.
