A. Yes!


Q. Does infrastructure proximity have an impact on where we buy?

A. Yes and No. Part of the Property Mentor System requires you to take these infrastructure into account when working out if you want to buy a property.


Q. What sources of research do you use?

A. As many as we can get our hands on. The more research you do the better. We tell you the sources to use and even provide you with software to do the analysis on.


Q. Do you cover "back to back" deals?

A. Yes and No. We don't cover this explicitly, however you can use the techniques to do this.


Q. Do you cover buying "off plan"?

A. Yes we do.


Q. Do you teach whether to use an interest only or repayment mortgage?

A. Yes we do. But the ultimate decision will be yours (but you will be making an informed decision).


Q. What type of property is best - new or second hand?

A. Either. Our techniques work with both new and old property. Which is better? That depends on your situation, the deal, and how you've structured your portfolio.

Q. Do you deal with auctions?

A. No, we don't buy property at auctions. We know that we can make more money quickly by buying property that doesn't need work doing to it.

Other seminars take up to three and four days, how can you cover the material in just two?

The Property Mentor programme is actually a 12 days programme consisting of a 2 day workshop where you will learn all about the Property Mentor system followed by a 10 day ‘Principles of Success’ programme designed to support you through the process and give you all the additional skills you need from motivation to negotiation.

We cover all the factual content in the initial 2 day workshop because we provide well structured, succinct content that is focused on the key tools that you need to become a successful property investor. We won’t bog you down with lots of detail that you won’t be able to put into practice once you leave the room. Of course you also get to take away all the training materials so that you can use them to guide you through the process once you get started.

A. Yes we do.
1) You will receive a Property Mentor workbook that contains all the handouts and exercises.
2) After the workshop you get access to the Property Mentor delegates website and forum where you can download various documents and guides.

A. On the Property Mentor workshop you learn the same step-by-step system that we use everyday to buy property. On the workshop you'll also receive a Property Mentor workbook which contains details of the system.
